The latest issue of our quarterly Food Science and Technology magazine has now been published and should have reached your doorsteps during the first weeks of December. The digital version of our latest issue will be accessible when we relaunch our website.

To enhance your user experience, we are currently redesigning and moving our journal website to another platform, however, our new version is not ready for online publishing. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we will notify you all once the new website has been launched.
