IFST has welcomed first dozen of Registered Scientists (RSci) in the area of Food Science and Technology in UK. It didn’t take me a long time to get my application in and luckily I’m one of the historical twelve to be recognised with a brand new award for working in scientific and higher technical roles in food industry. For me this is great news and it seems to be same for others since applications are flowing in and target for the first year will be reached sooner than expected...
