Q-Adept HPLC Systems in Food and Beverage Analyses

Release Date:
Wednesday, June 24, 2015 - 10:15

Cecil Instruments’ Q-Adept low pressure mixing, range of HPLC systems, offer the ultimate in gradient choice.

Isocratic to Quaternary operation is provided, with the flexibility of a very compact modular system of minimal stack height.  The modularity enables the systems to be used with a vast range of Cecil or third party HPLC detectors and accessories.

A wide range of detectors including the outstanding ultra-fast scanning UV/Visible WaveQuest, UV/Visible, conductivity, refractive index, electrochemical, and fluorescence, may be incorporated into systems.

Used with the WaveQuest ultra-fast scanning detector, only one elution is required to both scan and measure low concentration eluting peaks.

A wide range of autosamplers, fraction collectors, column heater/chillers, post column reactors and column switching valves may be included within a Q-Adept HPLC system.  Each Q-Adept system may be customised to an analytical requirement.

The elegantly effective AutoQuest autosamplers are specially designed to enhance the flexibility of the Q-Adept HPLC systems.  Their ultra low carry-over is particularly effective for trace level determinations.

The use of post-column reactors for amino acids, aflatoxins and heavy metals is easily achieved.

Analyse for arsenic in rice with an electrochemical detector, whilst simultaneously analysing detecting the sugars with refractive index or second electrochemical detector.

The use of PowerStream software achieves ease of use, comprehensiveness and 21 CFR part 11 compliance.

Q-Adept systems have been designed with the user in mind.  Systems are fast to install.  They are virtually plug and play.

The instrumentation can be maintained with simplicity and pre-written instrument qualifications help to ensure that the correct checks have been performed.

Spare parts are very sensibly priced and systems are built for high levels of performance over many years of heavy usage.

With speedy delivery times, why wait to start using a system for analyses of pesticide residues, adulterants, sugars, carotenoids, polyphenols, flavonoids, mycotoxins, bromate, vitamins, dyes, glutens, acrylamide, fermentation products, preservatives, growth hormones, antibiotic residues and more.
